The Gap Fire

There's a fire threatening the area where I used to live, Goleta, called the Gap Fire. As I sit here on the other side of the country and watch, I can't help but feel fear and sadness for the people there. I know how terrifying it is to watch flames come near your home and to wonder whether or not anything will still be standing once they pass.
